I am writing to invite you to present your vacation home on our Destinbeachcondorental.com website.  As an owner, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to keep our vacation homes rented, to compete with the professional rental companies and to find quality and affordable websites to list our homes.  I have owned and managed my own vacation homes for 9 years and from the beginning, have secured all of my own rentals.  I’ve been very successful and consider it a blessing that I am able to offer this invitation to serve you!  By design my site will only display properties that are somehow special and unique to our market.  I am not a property manager, I offer a listing service, offering my services to assist you in building your rental business.   I will build your web site page and launch ongoing on-line marketing campaignes to keep us active live in the marketplace.  I offer affordable interior design services, personal shopping services for funishings and supplies and also keep an active list of quality housekeeping & maintenance referrals.
